A Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, Mohs surgeon Dr. Stephen Romagnolo currently provides skin cancer surgery and reconstruction in his position with Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery in New Port Richey and Spring Hill, Florida. Apart from his surgical responsibilities, Dr. Stephen Romagnolo volunteers for various skin cancer screenings and educational programs aimed at skin cancer awareness, in addition to mentoring students pursuing a career in dermatology.
Dr. Romagnolo graduated cum laude with a bachelor of arts in statistics from Columbia University, where he received the Joseph Pulitzer Scholarship for Academic Excellence and the United Federation of Teachers Academic Scholarship. After completing a teaching internship in statistics at Purdue University and premedical studies at Indiana University, he attended Dartmouth Medical School. Subsequently, Dr. Romagnolo completed an internship in internal medicine and a residency in dermatology at MCP-Hahnemann University Hospitals, followed by a Mohs fellowship at Benedetto Dermatology, P.C. in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He also participated in a rotating clinical fellowship at Johns Hopkins University Hospital. When he is not working, Dr. Romagnolo enjoys woodworking and fine arts.
